A great feature of every conference is the VENDOR HALL filled with tools and fibers to refresh our stash and inspire us in our creativity.

I will bring all of our looms and plenty of project samples to explore, including the Indian Blanket flower afghan that was the title model on last year’s Little Looms magazine from Long Thread Media. I will have the Little Looms magazines available for purchase unless you have another vendor that sells Long Thread Media publications. There will be a table where people can try the looms. I’m happy to provide door prizes if you need them.

 Conserving Threads celebrates textile fibers. While we enjoy the hand and feel of all-natural fibers, we are currently exploring plant fibers such as cotton, hemp, flax and nettle. We will have natural and hand-dyed bundles of our popular cotton and hemp; as well as a variety of fax, nettle, and organically Texas grown cottons. As a Schacht dealer we will have a good selection of weaving tools, looms, shuttles, bobbins.  We have alpaca yarn and fiber from our animals.    But not all is weaving…

There will be hand turned crochet hooks with a variety of hook sizes, Un-sewers (seam-rippers) in both single end and double end models. Other hand turned wood products from salt and pepper grinders and coffee grinders to pens and more.

We also have prefinished kitchen items, such as handwoven hand towels, woven dishrags, scrubbing pads and napkins.

Home of the FeltLoom; we also feature a wide variety of felted products produced with felt from our animals   We will have beautiful embroidered wall hangings and pictures in a variety of themes.

Our booth features our business as a Publicly open Fiber Processing Mill. We are a full size mill, not a mini mill. We will have roving, yarn of various types and weights available as well as other items made using fiber. Felted soap being one of those items.
