CHT Biennial Conference 2021

CHT 2021 Conference “A Fiber Runs Through It”


June 2 – 6, 2021


The CHT conference creates an opportunity for our diverse community to learn from others and open our eyes to the possibility of integrating new elements into our own work. We come from big cities and small towns. We are advanced weavers and newbies. Some of us are self-taught and some are teachers. But at the end of the conference, we all come away with new and renewed friendships, motivation and inspiration.

Early Registration begins January 15, 2021 for members who are current as of December 31, 2020.
Open registration begins February 2, 2021 for new members and current members who did not register early.
All non-member registrants must pay the $40 CHT membership fee, and their membership is valid through June 30, 2023.

Full conference registration is $295 and includes 3 class units, Friday dinner and Keynote Presentation, Saturday lunch with Fashion Show and Awards, Sunday brunch and business meeting. Cost for Pre-Conference workshops is not included. Class units: 1/2 day = 1 unit; 1 day = 2 units Additional charge for more than 3 units.

Late fee of $25 applied when applying after April 15, 2021. ***** REGISTRATION-PRIORITY AND OPEN Priority registration for the CHT Conference 2021 is open only to those who are CURRENT CHT members on or before December 31, 2020. The priority registration period will open January 15, 2021 and continue through Feb. 1, 2021. Open Registration is available to anyone beginning Feb. 2, 2021. Non-members must include $40 membership fee. ***** MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS Anyone registering for the 2021 Conference who is not already a 2019 – 2021 member of CHT must pay the CHT membership fee of $40 to be applied to the 2021 – 2023 membership period. All registrants who pay the $40 CHT membership fee will join or renew for the period July 1, 2021 – June 30, 2023. ***** Current 2019 -2021 members may chose to opt out of membership renewal and delete the $40 dues from your registration fee. Use the pull down menu next to membership and click on the “BLANK” field above the “1”. If you opt out, and do not otherwise pay your dues, you will not be a CHT member after June 30, 2021.
